A robust 'heavier' cultivar renowned for its calming and sedative nature. This peppery tasting kava is most enjoyable during the twilight hours, as a deeply relaxing drink to rejuvenate the body after a long day, or after rigorous physical activity.

Ideal as a post-work out kava.

Flavour profile: More of a bitter/peppery taste wit notes of fresh herbs, licorice and black pepper.
